To prepare for the move, we suggest starting early. If you’re moving from a rental or selling your home, start packing what you don’t need as soon as possible. It’s always a good idea to declutter your home, so if you’re moving up, getting a short-term storage unit can be a great option. On the other hand, if you’re moving down, garage sales, Facebook marketplace, and donation centers are a fantastic way to get rid of items you no longer need.

And if you need any extra help, we have vendors who specialize in this and can introduce you to them. Trust us, with our experience and resources, we’ll make sure your move is as stress-free as possible.

During the home buying process, you will be in contact not only with your agent, but also with our team’s transaction coordinator, whose job is to make sure every detail is checked twice.

In addition, our team sends regular emails to keep you updated on the progress of your home buying journey and to educate you on what to expect. We have systems in place to ensure that every client receives the same great experience, regardless of their unique situation.

Further we use a system for texts and calls that allows for all of our team members to be able to chime in and help.
